REGISTRATION

New Account Registration

  • Enter your web browser and enter the website address “www.bormadago.com
  • After you enter the website, click on the “Login / Register” link in the upper right corner of your screen.
  • Then click “Register”
  • You can fill in a telephone number that can be connected to your WhatsApp
  •  Click “Send OTP to WhatsApp”
  • After you get the OTP via your WhatsApp then, fill in all the data listed on the form.

How to order

How to order on the Borma Dago website?

  •  You can place an order via the Website or Mobile Browser which is already logged in using a registered account
  • You can search for the required product by entering the product name in the search field.
  •  If you can’t search by search, you can search by the category of goods you need by clicking the “” sign in the upper right corner to the right of the basket.
  • If you have found the product you are looking for, you can click on the number of products by changing the numbers needed according to your needs.
  • Then click “+ Basket”
  •  The product will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
  • After you have finished selecting the required product, you can check the product in the basket icon on the top right of your screen.
  • Make sure the product and the number of products are in accordance with the needs.
  • Then you can click “Checkout” on the right of your screen
  •  Enter your shipping address
  • After that you choose the shipping method
    • Take it by yourself
      • Cost : Free Pick up your own order at our store without any additional fees. Our team will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up.
    • One day delivery – Borzo
      • Cost: minimum Rp. 8,800 and can change according to the total weight of groceries and the distance between the Borma Dago Department Store and the destination address
  • We will send your product as soon as possible, if the order is placed during working hours. For other orders will be sent on the next working day.
  • If the total weight of your groceries exceeds 50 kg, delivery will be made by car.

How do I find out if the product stock is available or not?

if the product that is not available has the information “NOT AVAILABLE” under the product price tag yes you, if the information is not there then the product is in stock.

What is the minimum purchase limit for products on the Borma Dago website?

The minimum purchase on our website is Rp. 100,000.

How do I delete items in my shopping cart?

  • Click the “ ” image on your screen
  • Click the image “” on the item you want to delete, then click delete to confirm the deletion of the item

Will I receive an order confirmation after placing an order?

You are right, after CheckOut there will be payment confirmation via WhatsApp.

PAYMENT METHOD

What payment methods are available?

For now, only using the BCA Virtual Account, to use other banks you can still pay by using the code from the BCA bank.

How to Payment?

  • After checking out you will receive information via WhatsApp to make payments immediately.

  •  Then copy and paste
  • Put into your account
  • Then make a payment transfer with a total amount according to the amount of your purchase.

SHIPPING METHOD

How much does it cost for shipping?

Are deliveries also made Saturday & Sunday?

  •  Our service is always ready to serve delivery of ordered products every day
  • For Online Website operational hours 08.00 a.m to 03.00 p.m 
  • If an order is made after operating hours, the order will be made the next day

Can you make deliveries out of town?

Sorry, at this time we have not made shipments outside the city, only those located in the surrounding city of Bandung.

Can Borma Dago Online ship to another address?

Of course you can, we will send your order according to the address you provide when confirming the order, be it your home address or another address that you enter into the system at checkout.

Can I pick up my order at Borma Dago?

Of course you can, for Self-Pick Up, our team will contact you after the order is ready to be picked up.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

How do I return the product?

If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can exchange/return the item. Further information as follows.

Requirements

  • Deadline. Products can only be returned a maximum of one day after purchase for food and other consumer goods, and a maximum of three days after purchase for other products. This time is calculated from the time the goods are sent or picked up by the consumer.
  • Product condition. Items must be in the original condition when purchased (including unused and unwashed), and complete including the box or tags, if any.
  • Reasons. We will only accept returns for the following reasons: damaged/defective goods, or product delivery errors.
  • Costs. If the return of goods is caused by Borma Dago’s mistake, then all costs of returning will be borne by Borma Dago. For all other cases, a fee will be invoiced to the customer.

Procedure for returning goods

  • Contact us. To return an item, please contact us via WhatsApp at Number 085793477600. Please attach the order number, product name, product photo, and reason for return. If you want a refund, please also attach your account number, bank name, name of the account holder, and the city and branch of your bank. Our Customer Service will contact you after we receive your request.
  • Address for delivery of goods. After we verify the requirements for returning your goods, please send the goods you want to return to Jl.Ir.H.Juanda No.348, Dago, Coblong District, Bandung City, West Java 40135

What are the conditions for items that can be exchanged or returned?

The reasons for returning products received are only for goods that are defective, damaged, or have wrong Borma Dago orders.

What if my order doesn’t arrive at my address within 1×24 hours?

How do I change the delivery address/phone number/recipient for my order?

  • Click the “” symbol in the upper right corner
  • Then click “Your Address Book”, click the “Settings” sign then change the address/ telephone number / recipient of the order.

What if I cancel my order while I have made a transfer, where will my money go?

Orders to be transacted can be canceled and the balance will go to a virtual wallet which you can check in the account menu in the upper right corner.

What if a Borma Dago staff informs me that the item I ordered is not available?

In our procedure, if it turns out that the item is not available, we will notify the customer via WhatsApp that the product is empty, and recommend another product / item to be canceled, and the total difference will go to your virtual wallet account.

How do you know that the refund has been entered into the virtual wallet?

You can check by clicking the “” icon in the upper right corner, then clicking “Virtual Wallet” and the amount of the balance and refund mutation will appear.

Can the balance in the virtual wallet be spent?

Yes, you can, you can place an order with an existing virtual wallet payment.

How do I see my shipping tracking?

for delivery you can check in “Order history” and click Details and in the shipping column there will be details of ongoing shipments.

How do I check the order status?

to check the status of your order, you can check “Order history” and click Details and the order status will appear on that page.

Receipt number cannot be traced. What should I do?
